1. Order Processing & Artisan Inspection Every AetherGlow lamp is a handcrafted masterpiece. Please allow 3-5 business days for our master artisans to perform a final 72-hour quality inspection and secure museum-grade packaging before dispatch.

2. Estimated Delivery Windows We partner with reliable global carriers (YunExpress/SF International) to ensure safe delivery:

  • USA, UK, Canada, Australia: 7-12 business days.
  • European Union: 8-14 business days.
  • Rest of World: 12-20 business days. Note: These are estimated timeframes. AetherGlow Home is not liable for delays caused by customs or carrier issues.

3. Essential Oil & Safety Disclosure To ensure absolute safety during international transit and comply with aviation regulations, essential oils are NOT included. This allows us to use faster "General Cargo" shipping lines, ensuring your order arrives swiftly without customs delays. The 5V USB power system is globally compatible.

4. Signature Requirement (150+)** For your protection, **all orders over \150 require a signature upon delivery. AetherGlow Home is not responsible for packages stolen or lost after a successful delivery confirmation by the carrier.

5. Customs & Duties (DDU) All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
